By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Belly Beachy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages due to customer error. All returns are subject to inspection and approval based on the conditions listed below.
Refund Policy - the basics
At Belly Beachy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help—within the limits of our return requirements.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Hygiene liners and all tags must be fully intact.
No signs of makeup, deodorant, oils, fragrance, or wear may be present.
Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process
Contact Belly Beachy customer support with your order number.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Belly Beachy is not liable for returns lost in transit; tracking is strongly recommended.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return has been received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Belly Beachy is not responsible for items damaged during shipping by the courier. Upon receipt, please inspect your package immediately. If you notice damage to the product caused by shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the shipping packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are offered based on available inventory. If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
